Returns & Exchanges
At Cut Loose Merch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
